The vehicle was in terrible shape. I had to go a long distance and I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it for the majority of the trip. The ignition cylinder was barely holding into the column so it was difficult to remove the key and the electrical flickered as a result when parked. The exterior of the vehicle wasn’t clean.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey guy had no idea what he was doing, he had bad body odour and after 30 mins I finally told him to show me the computer and figured it out myself
Nicole BThe clerk at the store took a long time to check me in. They didn't seem to be very knowledgeable on how the system worked. In addition, I was told that the truck had 1/4 tank of gas, when the needle was under 1/8 of a tank.
Robyn BThe truck was full of crumb's and cigarette ashes old paper work and two of the vents were missing. picking up at this location was sketchy as there were homeless drug addicts out front of the store and in the back where the truck was
Dallas CI didn't receive my $50 inconvenience fee for having had to wait over an hour this morning.
