i could not check in or out using the app. I called and did it over the phone. 3 hours after I returned the trailer, i got a call from Uhaul saying i never picked up the trailer... and had to do it all over again.

Truck interior was dirty, also the service airbag warning dit not make me feel safe.

I rented a trailer, which was my first time doing so. I did not get any instructions on how to attach it or secure it. Luckily, when I arrived at the location where I was going to load it, there was a gentleman who showed me everything. It was loose and not secure at all! Please, make sure to provide at least the minimum security instructions when renting them.

I understand new employees have to go through training, but leaving someone with little experience before they're ready hampers to efficiency of the transaction. For a truly excellent service, strive to not leave untrained employees alone.

The pick up by phone was horrible! I had to go in and ask help to the cashier! Thank god she was there !!! She told me that it was an ongoing problem (the system). The truck was good but the system/website was really really bad!

Excellent service. Le personnel est très poli et sympathique. Il fut très facile d'aller chercher et de retourner le véhicule. Tout était prêt lors de mon arrivée pour ma location. Merci beaucoup.

quand j'ai pris possession du vehicule, les couvertures etaient en tas dans la valise, l'essence etait au 3/4, et des dechets etaient dans les portes gobelets. Je n'ai pas utilisé les couvertures, je les ai laissé au meme endroit. J'ai remis la meme quantité que j'ai pris. Pourtant, on m'a facturé pour la a difference de la quantité pour la remplir et on m'a chargé pour les couvertures non pliées. j'ai porté plainte a votre service a la clientele et un dossier est ouvert

The problem is not with the equiments, nor the location, nor the staff. The problem is 1 000 % with the reservation system. I reserved a truck in my town a week in advance. I was told to wait until one day before de reservation, that i'd get a call. Got the call. They told me (not even 24hours before we were moving out mind you) that no truck were available. I had to drive 1h30 to get out of my way to fetch the truck. Terrible service. Really unnerving.

Le seul problème, c'est que le câble pour brancher les lumières ne se rendait pas jusqu'à ma voiture; or il a fallu que j'aille acheter une rallonge un dimanche (ce qui n'a pas été facile). Vous devriez en avoir en stock pour les louer, ça ne coute presque rien. Je ne dois pas être le seul à ne pas avoir ce type de rallonge. Merci, je suis très satisfait de la remorque et du coût abordable de votre service.
