Truck was not cleaned out. Needs more attention from the owner. The area manager checked us in and took care of us.
Julian JTook forever to get the owner to do the online work. The right rear tire was very low and I was informed about it and asked if they could air it up and they did not have a way to so I had to air it up after I left.

LINDA SHave more responsive individual answer phone. Also have correct address to drop off equipment . More over have a place with paper work rather than relying on electronic paperwork only .
zarie gThis location does not have a employee present during daytime hours. Pickup must be schedued ahead of time. Trailer was not clean and we had to clean out the trash.

Alan MNo one on site the U-Haul app wouldn't load and after about 10 minutes called the owner said he would come by the lot. Another 5 minutes or so the app finally loaded so I started the process but was still extremally slow and didn't seem to confirm my drop off location although it confirmed overcharging me. At this point the lot owner showed up buy I was finally finished approximately 30-40 minutes later.
