The listed business is no longer even there. Just an over grown lot with an old sign and uhaul equipment. Nothing is clearly marked. The lot was chained up and there was no place to park the truck marked..

And M reported a higher fuel level than what was actually in the tank I have photo proof on my phone! I believe they stole the fuel from the tank = I was billed for fuel difference!! I reported the incident to chat personnel but no one called me!

This is not a 24/7 pickup location as I was told. You must have an apt because the trucks are behind a locked gate.

Drop off was a breeze, they were waiting on me and directed me where to park. I was on my way in less than 3 minutes

Great customer service! Called to let them know we were coming and they were waiting to direct us in to park the trailer. So helpful. Really nice family run!

The only "negative" was that the lot was muddy, but it had been raining for 3 solid days. The staff was waiting for me at the gate and guided me right where I needed to go to not get stuck. We got the trailer parked in no time, and I was out of there in less than ten minutes.

Was not well marked, had to call and then talked to a person over the phone while someone else was holding it. It seemed to be in a neighborhood. And the one who gave me the key and opened the gate came from a private residence. They were very helpful kind and polite, but the over all look was not what I am used to getting through U-haul.

Truck did not have the requested equipment. Truck was clean. U-Haul did make a concerted effort to do the correct/right thing.

I had to move 10 hours away very last minute. I originally wanted to rent a van, but they were not available for one way moves and looked elsewhere for a suv instead. I didn't have a lot of stuff and didn't need a whole truck. I also felt it would be harder to drive and uncomfortable for that many hours. I ended up circling back to the truck as all the rental.companies for suv was challenging to work with. I'm so glad I did!! It was a VERY comfy ride, easy to drive and so easy to deal with the actual rental process!!

More signage and trim grass in the lot for a better appearance.
