The vehicle I was given had numerous dashboard lights on. The Check Engine Light, Tire Pressure Monitor and the truck had a bad odor of cigarette smoke and dog. I was fearful that the truck was going to die on me in the middle of the move. It had a distinct rattle when I accelerated. All in all, a very uncomfortable experience. When a person rents a truck to make a move, we usually have a very fixed time frame to get it done. When we pick up the vehicle and there are no alternatives, we are stuk with what we get. Not a good business model!

EBONY SThe approval process took 30 minutes and I was just sitting at this place waiting for it to be done because you dont start the approve process until you get there. & also change the time zones to the correct one for the customer!

Andre DExcellent staff, very friendly and nice even after my millions of questions. But like the truck, everything before this was crap. I had to drive over an hour to pick up a transport I had reserved for nearly 6 weeks with a truck that was 5 feet longer then the truck I had reserved at the same time 75 miles away.
