CHARLES HGuy was great and had good customer service.
ERNEST PDefinitely double check and make sure the truck you need is available. I needed a 10 foot but they made me get a 20 foot and STILL pay part of the distance.

WALKER WElderly Gent at location was okay; however three lights on the trailer were not working, location didn't have replacement lights or gent didn't feel like replacing them. Of the tree extras I ordered the location only had one of the extras that the blankets.

PATRICK MIt’s a small town I’m returning to and he’s been very helpful each time .
CINDY MOwner complained about discounts we were given- a discount to book THAT DAY, a discount if we would agree to return equipment 40 miles past our destination & a matched rate for a tow dolly that was unavailable at this location & none available for over 50 miles away. We got a car transporter for the same price as the dolly. Owner complained that UHaul employees give discounts that cost him money. We also had to call roadside assistance within an hour of hav8ng the equipment due to a tire on the car transporter leaking air.
Michael SAgain whoever the lady is running the place is very unprofessional and for sure gives uhaul a bad name.

dennis kThe owner of the lot called me and threatened me to make a Federal statement if I don't return "his" pickup, he called me and texted me several times because he said "he needs his pickup back " makes me think he uses it for his personal use. And I just checked my bank account and I have 3 charges, one for $47 another for $500 and another for $547.46. How is this possible?!!! And I need answers about the charges!
Nancy BDealer went out to check back trail lights and blinkers. That afternoon while traveling, we found out we had no lights at ALL on the trailer. We had to use emergency flasher lights on the car we were towing 600 miles for it to only run the battery. Would never recommend this place.

Eric NI scheduled a guaranteed pickup location in Amarillo and when I drove from Kerrville Tx to pick up the trailer it was unavailable so they scheduled me a trailer the next day in Dumas. He was very helpful and the trailer was like new.
