Owner complained about discounts we were given- a discount to book THAT DAY, a discount if we would agree to return equipment 40 miles past our destination & a matched rate for a tow dolly that was unavailable at this location & none available for over 50 miles away. We got a car transporter for the same price as the dolly. Owner complained that UHaul employees give discounts that cost him money. We also had to call roadside assistance within an hour of hav8ng the equipment due to a tire on the car transporter leaking air.
