Employee did seem to know much about the U-Haul App
Steve BMake sure they understand there are mobile pick up/ drop off locations and some are only in person. The app honestly takes longer and stressed me out. i did however love the fact it helped me find a storage unit.

ANDREW ONot happy with how the odometer clocked miles when you barely went from point A to point B. I needed to load big items and clocked my miles from my car to the U Haul and it was clocking faster than my car. Total ripoff
RayAnn CHave moving supplies on the truck upon pick up. Other than that it was a great experience.
Kady ALove the U-Haul COMPANY and how they took over for the location and handled my previous rental, but was dissatisfied and disappointed with this particular location. All issues should've been documented already..

James BI went to return the truck, I was never told this was a storefront, not a U-Haul dealership. It is in a strip mall , no other U-Haul equipment in sight. Very hard to drop something off without knowing that you are looking for a ship and print store, not a U-Haul location. You need to notify people of that! I spent over 45 minutes, wasted gas and miles. Not to mention the frustration I was moving and did not have time to waste. Also returned truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up. Since you would charge me $4,75 a gallon I feel you should refund me for the extra gas.
