Not very friendly people. Owner said he did not have no time to do pre-inspection of the vehicle before I took it. They had marked more gas than what the truck had. Very Important to say they were not very knowledgeable of how to do the contract rental and they gave me some random papers, without the rental agreement. I had to ask for them again until they figure it out how to do it. They do not had the dolly, like the rep had told me they had. Not a very good representation of othe Uhaul facilities I've been. And the attitude of this people, just kills the business (period).
glenda rWe were missing the 4 flat dollies I had rented and I went to this location because it was changed last minute from my original location in Spring TX to this one by Uhaul.
BEATRIZ FThere was a fry on the floor that ants were were surrounding and eating so I had to kick that out. I also wish I had known it didn't come with a running board because I had to move washer and dryers. Since there wasn't a running board. I had to lift them in and lift them out. If there was a star for what I wanted. I would have given it a 2 just because of that reason.

Brittany TUnhappy when I booked online it showed rental insurance was 8 when I showed up they said it was 16.00. I called uhaul and they said it was 16.00. The rental was only 14,99 insurance was more than the rental

marvin wOwner/manager initially refused to let me drop off trailer, even though it was on the contract. As I'm on phone with customer service, he came back out and said I could drop it off
Ricky MRented a dollie and got charged for but didn't get it. When I called to ask for it I was told they only had one and gave it to someone else. Then the truck was not cleaned and the back door got stuck when trying to close it. My son hurt himself really bad getting it to close due to it being fully loaded
