It was a pleasure to rent this truck. Clear instructions to pick up and return! Will rent again
IRIS CFirst of all don't make it so complicated to rent a u-haul. The lady was nice helping us but it took an hour to get everything in.

Sharon LMiddle of the place was closed on a weekday no one came out to help with nothing not even to tell someone who has had nothing but problems with this whole thing from the start sending me to two different locations to get my equipment than going to two different places to drop off my equipment not cool that tell me I owe another 180 dollars for something that wasn’t my problem when uhaul decided to change my reservation to another location in all proxy to start with worse experience ever won’t ever recommend uhaul to any person ever again

Ron BDirections or access code to open the gate were not given. I was able to get inside the gated area where the truck was because my brother just happened to be renting a storage unit, and had an access code.
Angela BI had help moving and I had the people that will help me Gloucester key to the U-Haul so I had to call you all roadside assistance and they were not helpful it was on a Friday they cannot get a vendor out to help me get a key made and it wasn’t until Monday morning when I called myself to have someone come out and make a key for me for $120 in the meantime roadside assistance to service got someone for $250 and said that that was the best they could do so they were no help at all not at all no help

Mark ROverall not bad. I wanted a pick up truck but it was not available. Scheduling was able to get me a 10 foot truck instead. The pick up location was locked and it took about an hour to find out the combination to the gate. If using the phone app for picking up and returning your rental make sure you read about it first so you can have everything ready. Overall not a bad experience.
William FThis worked out great because I rent a storage facility from A-1 and they are outstanding.
ARTHUR SWe actually had to return our truck to Buffington's Garage as A1 Storage was unavailable on Monday. However, I did speak with the owner of A1 (Brian) and he made the arrangements for me to return the truck to Buffington's. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Wesley BBrian goes above and beyond the normal. Customer service is great. He does what he says and makes renting easy. I have been having to get a truck about every 2-3 weeks and if I give him a day or two notice he can have the truck I want ready. Even once when he was out of town he helped me out. Found a truck for me. That kind of service earns repeat customers.
CAIN BA-1 Storage is excellent . While I was waiting on my moving company to deliver my belongings A-1 storage worked with me to reserve units for more than three months before my belongings arrived. I would recommend them to anyone!

MICHAEL BWhen an equipment malfunction created an issue for us relative to the size of the truck I needed, the owner at this location went out of his way to help us with a replacement. In fact, he personally delivered the truck to us. Moving is never a fun thing, but the kind of service we received was well beyond what we expected. We are most thankful and appreciative and will recommend this company to everyone.
