When I picked up the truck there was dirt all over the floor. But the rest of the truck was clean and it was working fine.
Moises MWhen I went to drop it off, we made sure the guy came out to check everything then and there to avoid any issues. I dropped it off with MORE in the tank than received and the guy in Tampa even confirmed himself before charging me another $29 for 4 gallons.

Jame EI wasted 30-45 minutes on the check-in process through the mobile. Why did you allow me to reserve a Uhaul with an out of state drivers license if you knew that was going to be a problem during check in? I expect to check-in, do the whole checking the truck before I leave thing, and leave. I'm really reconsidering renting Uhaul again when I move in 2 weeks because of that. Smooth out your verification process

Elisha DI was very disappointed with the rental, they gave me a dirty truck and on top of that they stole $25 from me. I have pictures that they gave me the truck dirty and everything. I turned the truck in clean. I have pictures of how o turned the truck in with the amount of gas that they gave to me. But on top of that they still charged me 9,99 for the gas. I never had an issue when I rent inside the building. But since this was from a dealership they tried to rob me of my money by making things up. I will never rent from them again.
