While the outside of the business has visual challenges, I just want to state that the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful for U-Haul rentals. I have never had someone help me in the way that he did when I rented from U-Haul before. He made sure I knew how everything worked and the equipment was very clean and ready to go. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to rent from U-Haul.

NOLAN MI did a drop off after hours. The service there is terrible so it was not easy to follow drop off instructions through the app. The parking lot is very dark and hard to find, with extremely large potholes that filled with water which I ended up falling in and soaking my foot.
MICHAELA BWOW, the employee did ALL of the hard work for me on loading the car onto the trailer! Every place I've been to since then, I've had to do it myself. The weather was miserable, but the employee did all of the dirty-work for me, helped my back up the truck to the trailer, gave me pointers on double-checking everything, helped me check the operation of all lights. On top of all of that, he let me park my car at his facility while I loaded the truck and told me to call him when I expected to be back. I was running WAY behind, and he still accommadated me with no issues at all. This employee is simply fantastic - went above and beyond.

KRISTEN AIt was very difficult to get into the place. There wasn't any signage as to where to park or go to pick up the truck. The service was great. Very helpful and explained the process very well. The person at the desk was immediately available and friendly.

John DThis location is a little tricky for find. . and the gates are locked. .nowhere did I see a sign that gave the office number, (it may have been there)with instructions to call office to get in. . a friend said she needed boxes and tried to get in and couldn't figure it out. .Jason called me before pickup day and told us to call him when we got to the locked gates. . .Jason was great, very thorough and a great help. .

Tami GThey changed my location of drop off the day of the move and I didn't know about it. After I dropped off the truck I was billed for the wrong location. This happened twice as the pick up location was changed also. Very poor customer service.
