Did not interact with the personnel here this time. I have done uhaul business with this location in the past and was a good experience. I only dropped off here because my location had to be changed due to non cooperation with A&A Eastside. Uhaul should seriously consider dropping A&A eastside from their vendor option. No gate code to be able to drop off equipment and this A&A eastside vendor would not answer the phone. Number to call was posted on the gate but, no answer…… and no response to voicemail. A&A eastside is nothing short of terrible.

We dropped off the trailer after hours but it was so easy and convenient with U-Haul to drop off the trailer after hours. Just followed the instructions online!! Thank you UHaul for making it so easy!!

Trailer had a terrible odor of Pot!! All of our furniture smelled like pot after we arrived at our destination.

The inside of the truck was dirty and a tire went flat. The online check in process was very difficult and home office had to work on the tech which delayed loading.

I wanted a dolly didn't have one not the first time the location didn't have one. i wasnt satisfied with the represenative had to askedher to come outside twice for help. Caitlyn didnt seem too willing to help until pressed a few times.

I returned the trailer after hours but called first thing this morning and the folks were very nice and friendly.

It was missed in rain. The lady told me to back the trailer into a certain slot unhook it and when I got everything unhooked in the trailer park come inside should give me a receipt. I'm 77 years old wouldn't very good service at all.

Everything was great, the only bad thing was me forgetting to check my equipment back in when I was done.

The cab was dirty but when I returned it I cleaned the cab.

The equipment was dirty, the tank (again) was not filled and the location of pickup was not the location of documentation. I had a poor experience earlier in the month only for this to happen. The initial rental issue was never resolved then this happened and no there is no communication from the manager. Very disappointing. Was told I was being emailed VIP info. The follow up does not exist. Very disappointing.

I got a dozen furniture pads and one of the bags had the majority wet and unusable. Had to wait for the small young woman to get a jack to pick the trailer tongue up where I could get the trailer under it. She sent me out all be to lift it, I'm 73 and no longer strong enough.

They helped me when my original drop off was not open or answering phones. They are so helpful and kind.

I was charged 2 times one for the U-Haul and once for not dropping it off at the right location even tho I asked the lady in the Westside office if I can take it back to the east side and she said yes.. I will not be using U-Haul anymore to move my stuff! And I won't suggest it to anyone

Drop off was quick and easy as one would expect it to be. Was late a day on 2 pieces of equipment due to uhaul caused delay.

The inside of the location was lacking furnishing to appear inviting. It served my purpose, but improvements can be made. in this area.

I had my truck and trailer for 4 hours and they were already calling me to see if I could drop it off that day. They called several times to get it dropped off early. I got no early drop off or under mileage refund. I did end up turning it in a day early and they were unclear on if the checkin had been complete before they were driving it. I told them the motor sounded like it was going to blow and they were calling the next customer to come get it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was told they could return my equipment at any U-Haul location and when I tried I was told that was not allowed.

When I turned the trailer into the drop off point, I noticed that I'm being refunded $60 not the full $100.

Had extreme difficulty lifting the tongue off the ball by myself and hurt my back. These trailers need some sort of tongue jack to lift the heavy weight when one has to do this alone. No way most people could do this after hours and by themselves.

I have been dealing with this particular location for a number of years. The staff is always courteous and willing to go above and beyond in all they do.

Using the app or website picking up a vehicle is too complicated. Took me an hour and a half with three different customer service Representatives. That's not acceptable for me. I will never use this service again

My truck had big leaks so driving from Oklahoma to California it was raining. Many of my items were soaking wet upon arrival

Someone double charged us for the truck we rented. It went from a $55 rental to a $200 plus rental. Charged to two different credit cards. I am someone who is in the business of moving and storage and will not send any customers to this location ever again. All I can add is the person who rented us the truck was very nice and be sure to document all of the information and check the mileage and gas in your truck. And double check your receipt...

Truck idled terribly. Died once while sitting at a stop sign. Transmission shifted extremely rough. Was supposed to be setup to deliver where I picked it up. Instead it was there second location (they owned) in town a couple miles away so they charged me the one way rate instead of returning where I rented it.
