Put correct days of rented which was 5 days not 6days Over charging when it was a n orgi al 24hr rental period.
NYITECKA Bthey weren't there when I arrived. The place is a dump. They overcharged me three times the price of the trailer I had to call him to get the credit. They didn't even post the receipt until the next day. It was a debacle.

Peter MPros: they had the size of truck I needed available. The truck was clean, and they included a lock already (I was planning to pick one up for a couple of bucks, so this was nice). Cons: I was confused on arrival because there were only a couple a trucks in an empty grass lot near some garages without clear signage. I selected counter pickup, but 24 hours before my pickup time I received notification that I needed to use the app. The app was a bit challenging to use. I received the truck on empty (documenting that the fuel gauge said 28 miles to empty), but the app continued to say there was a 1/4 of a tank of gas (in a 40 gallon tank, this is 10 gallons). Again, no one to ask questions, so I documented and took the truck. Upon my return, the app again told me to return the truck with 1/4 of a tank in one part and 1/16 of a tank in another part. I called customer service and got an unclear answer. I ultimately decided to return the truck with 40 miles to empty and documented that the fuel level was more than I started with. I would not rent here again.

DAVID SDon't force change my reservation 4 times! Don't lie to me, so t allow your employees to yell at me or scream and yell at each other in front of me and other customers. Inspect and care about these places you allow to rent your trucks out and make sure they are not a run down crap shack that any average person would be scared to step foot into their property!
