The location was no problem,however it was not the location I had expected to return in Lewes DE. I was told I could not return it to the first 3 places I tried and I did not know this until day of return. I booked well in advance and was expecting to return within a few miles of destination. This was 1/2 hour away. I will never rent again without a definite return place.

It was not clear where to park the truck, or return the keys. The app didn't work and timed out in the middle of the return process and I had to call customer service to confirm receipt. Couldn't upload any photos. Whole process took almost an hour for no reason. Would never pick this location again.
