The truck's AC was not working. I just want to make sure it's fixed. But no worries, the service rep at this location disclosed it to me during check in and offered to find another truck close by. I was behind on schedule and needed to get a truck ASAP so I just drove it without AC.

NORA Mrented 2 units for close to 3 years. excellent office and management staff. excellent communication with management and office staff as well. property is secured with cameras and gate code entrance. establishment is very well lit at night. no water or rodent damage to my belongings after nearly 3 years in storage. establishment is very well maintained. units i rented were outside. thank you to the staff that was always available to accommodate me on 2 or 3 occasions when i needed access after hours. also noticed frequent patrols by edinburg p.d. and university police since the units are off the main strip in edinburg.

I stored my items for over four 4 years, and when I picked them up, there was not even a little diet in them.
JOSE RLady working was really unhelpful, did not communicate everything well, or let me know about a person booked already. I had planned to keep the truck 2 days and she knew about it, and I was going to pay for the extra day charges. She calls me the next day saying someone had a reservation, messing up my whole plan, I had nothing packed and was forced to leave work early to start packing to make sure I returned the truck before 4. Horrible place wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

George LMy first reservation was not reserved at the location I chose. I called customer service and they had to get me a new location. I asked aboutb thr credit that is on your website if there was a problem with the reservation inwould get 50 dollar credit. Did not get it. 2nd location. Was easier they did habe a truck however I ordered a dollie and it was not included in the truck. I did not have a great experience.

Megan MNorma made me feel very at ease on returning the truck. The only complaint I'd have is Not against Norma, but the company policy on return time. Norma said if I did Not return the truck by 11:00 am, I would have to pay for a Full Day! What?? I asked to return it 30-1hr later. Should think about charging by the hour after allotted time instead of punishing the customer by charging them a full day. I had to unload Monday morning bc storage closed on Sunday and I had not received the gate code yet.

I almost want to put stuff back in storage just to keep that positive and energetic conversations we would have when I would go to the facility. Our storage facility was spotless; SUPER CLEAN. Setting up autopay was easy and entry and exiting was also easy. There are cameras everywhere and the storage rooms were safely secured. 10/10 would recommend.

It has already been more than 10 days since the hold has been placed. I've called my bank and uhaul back and forth daily for both of them telling me it's the other companies fault for the hold. I've been hung up on, told different things && have at least a 15 min hold every time I call. The first two times I called for a hold release form they asked for an email address. The third time I called back to have the form sent, the oporator told me they don't send that form through email only fax. It's very frustrating and time consuming.

GUADALUPE GFor one, I took the truck out and the guy who rented it to me told me it was full, Well i got into the truck and saw that it was NOT full but yet i still filled up the gas to full and when i tried to contact the place that offered it to me, They said that they could not help me and i guess we got disconnected and tried to call them back with no reply.. So i will not be renting a truck EVER from this place again. I will try somewhere else if i need to rent a truck.
Micheline AIt would be good to explain the importance of picking up truck at the time you requested. We did not understand that it had to be at that time. Now we understand and will do better next time. The lady was very kind and patient when we arrived at 10:00 instead of 9:00.
Danny MWell when I dropped off the truck she checked the truck and mileage doing her job well I end up having to pay for mileage and ended losing my belongings whish I would have been told at the lake Charles office well all in all bad experience lost my belongings had to pay more and wores of all had to walk paid off exmileage no money to call cab so people always double check never trust help lesson learned for me
