One hr into my 5 hr trip the tire pressure warning light came on. I had to pull into a rest area and find someone to help me figure out what was wrong. All 4 tires were low in air. Added 45 minutes to my trip. My sister was following in my car with my 90-yr old mother who had just gotten out of the hospital, and we were moving her to a rehab facility closer to where I live. It made an already long trip for her that much longer.
GAIL TManager on duty did not seem to be familiar with Uhaul program on computer and was cursing and arguing with me about how to return vehicle.
