JOHN GExcellent service.
JOHN GI asked for a 2 day rental but I actually only needed 24 hours. Without asking the gentleman corrected it to a 1 day rental and saved me money. Nice

NATHAN LThe trailer was full of dust and I had to sweep and blow out the dust before I could use the trailer. The gentleman running the location was a pleasure to work with though. He was fast and efficient.

Johnathan BWhen we pulled up an employee can right out to check our rental in. He said we would receive an email confirming check-in. We didn't have to go over anything. Just dropped the vehicle off, handed him and keys and he took care of everything.
BRAD SWhile the customer services is ok, the overall appearance of this place was horrible. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

CLAUDETTE CI had to leave my trailer on the side of the road I was questioning about the security of the trailer. After speaking with customer service they advised me to leave it there - I am still not sure this was the best option. All other U-Haul items were behind a locked fence

ARTHUR MI was Inconvenienced on the day of pick up due to a truck not being available at my desired pick up time. I had reserved a truck 2 weeks prior online and was delayed in loading my truck by over 3 hours.

Lamar PMy experience was ideal. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. The owner actually gave me a kotter pin to secure my trailer hitch to my mount, which I had lost. The receiving agent checked me in after hours and it all went, again, perfectly. Thanks so much for a glitch-free experience.

Fernando OThe owner was kind, however the other workers from the auto shop were not kind. They had a "guard dog" in the garage. We didn't know where to park, the only open "spot" to park was in front of one of the garages. The workers watched us drive in, watched us park and when I opened my door one guy came running - yelling "no stop, don't get out!!! The dog!!!" I quickly closed my door. They told us we couldn't park there was the dog could reach us (from the distance of his leash)z we backed out and parked in the middle. While I was inside , my BF was outside. He had his small service dog with him. While he was trying to make light convo with the workers, the workers were not so kind. One even threatened my BFs dog and him. Again, the owner was kind and very apologetic for his worker, however the worker would not apologize. Only stated it was a misunderstanding.
