No improvements necessary. TERRIFIC customer service; friendly, timely, responsive, and very helpful. The truck was clean and well maintained. The pricing was very reasonable.

Hannelore SYour website is garbage and inaccurate. It took 3 reservations before I found a location the ACTUALLY had the unit even though the website claimed they all did. The first two times I got a phone call saying they couldn't fulfill my reservation. I had to go to a U-Haul way out of my way to get the unit I needed.

John HThe business was just fine, but just one employee at the opening bell trying to help what ended up to be a line of customers. It wasn't the location's fault, but I was REALLY jerked around by Uhaul with my reservation. I reserved and contracted a location close to the house we were loading but was instead switched to another...and they were closed Sunday...my pick up day! After multiple phone calls to Uhaul Inc and hold times, I changed my pick up date to the next day, Monday. ZERO thanks or positive feedback to Uhaul reservations!

STEPHEN YBoy did the mileage rates go up from the last time that I used UHaul! However, Ashton was AMAZING He got me the van that I wanted and he went out of his way to accommodate me from the beginning to the very end. What an excellent representative!
MICHELLE KKim handled the transaction, and that went pretty seamless. She did ask about any move needs like appliance hand truck, boxes, and blankets. She did verify if I wanted to use credit card on file. This was a same day turnaround so she also was great with return. Would definitely use again.
Sky BThank you for correcting the fuel pick up amount on pick up. It was a fun truck to drive. I like your system of taking pictures at drop off--- keep the sign on the door that says, read this before dropping off your keys. I had to straighten the vehicle in it's parking space and then the mileage gage went up one mile...but I had already submitted all the information. I spent a total of $66 on gas so thank you for the refund...paying it forward for your next customer. I will recommend and use your service again. Sincerely, Ginger
