Didn't have the equipment needed and requested. Also, wouldn't allow to check in via app like originally booked. Had to wait for worker to come in and check us in. Very inconvenient.

NDIFOR NThe young man arrived after 9:00 am on the day of pickup and drop-off, and my reservation was for 9:00 am sharp. I was charged for safe trip when I had denied it before and he didn't ask if I still wanted the coverage (I didn't). When I told him he charged me extra, he didn't know how to change or reverse the charge. I was instructed to call Uhaul to have the charge removed and even then, I got the run around. He didn't know how to hook up the cargo trailer and failed to check the lights or any other safety measures. I had to do that myself. If you are on a time constraint, choose a different location.
Noelia AI had someone else pick up the U haul and the person at the U haul place acted like he did not what he was doing, kept trying to update things when was told repeatedly just the truck and the appliance dolly. The hours are not very friendly for movers on Saturday. They opened at 10 and was told I could pick everything up at 930. Was not a pleasant experience at this particular location
