Completely unprepared, the keys were not where they were supposed to be the customer service received at the location was nonexistent they forced me to figure everything out

It took a long time for the app to load photos when I returned the moving truck.
SANDY LThe pick-up procedure was awful! Couldn't process the pick-up with the app. It took 2 times on hold adding to 30 minutes to talk with Daniel who walked me through a process that even surprised him as not working smoothly. The attendant at the pick up location could not help at all. I won't rent a U-haul again if I can help it . The whole pick up process took almost 2 hours.
coreen aI rented the uhaul for 4 days and I returned the uhaul within 24 hours of the initial pick up. When I returned the truck the woman pointed at the sign labeled uhaul and said call them- I called and returned the uhaul 3/31 it was officially returned 4/3 . In addition, I put gas in the truck and returned it with more gas than we started with. Guess what? I got another charge for gas- I called and was told because I didn't take a picture of the gauge they can't help me. I believe the truck was used again and I was charged for it! Very disappointed- I paid over $600 in fees and I paid over $300 in gas and I cannot believe that uhaul would not credit my account. Terrible customer service and unfair!
Patricia HThis was not my original drop off. U-Haul called me and asked to change to this location. It took over an hour to get help on where to leave the vehicle and no one knew what to do. Very disappointed that this was even a drop off location.
