I would like a refund . We only got to use it to run down the road the check engine light came on and we had to bring it back . The truck was bogging very bad down the road .

MLADEN EDrop off was easy. Site was closed. Used self drop off with phone. (My phone could not access location service. Luckly we had another phone to use. Nothing to do with site or Uhaul, just my phone.)
Tim BWe were there box wouldn't open, called and waited 30 minutes on hold and when I did get someone " they couldn't help me @ was their words so no early pick up. Had to wait 40 more minutes for store to open and the attendant there said " you have to wait because I have to sh-, make coffee, and on and on and refused to open the lock box until he did " his business ". U haul itself needs to call me because it took me more than 5 times to get my order right, kept putting the wrong order down like. 2 truck, then a trailer. Then canceled me 2 times. I will never use u haul againcancrled moving help, need I go on

FRED BTruck was covered in spider webs and dirty on the outside. The equipment reserved (dolly and appliance dolly) were not available but I was still charged for the equipment.

bessie cThe gas tank was full and the truck was in good condition. The steering wheel was sticky and there were no regular dollies available (only an appliance dolly). When i picked up the truck I needed help with checkin and the customer service was not very friendly. Nonetheless I would still use them again.

Arriea Sthis is the second time i've rented a truck from this business. the owner seems to be a great guy. i have recommended him to others. the u-haul website however needs a massive overhaul. it is cumbersome and extremely slow!

JOYCE HThe online pickup and drop-off was very tedious. To pick up i needed 2 references or a passport or an employer reference. Its a lot to prove that I'm paying for a service. Perhaps noting that pickup and dropoff could take upwards of 15-20 minutes would be valuable. Customers dont get that time at yhe rnd of the rental.

REGINALD BI dropped the uhaul trailer at this location late at night, after hours. I didn't hand any interaction with the staff there. It was great they had a 24 hour drop off.
