You don't need to do anything, the quality and number of services that I received were super excellent.. U-Haul is the best moving company for any rental.

BONNIE GI recommend not using this app. I reserved a U-Haul on November 21. I got a call on November 29 saying that they didn't have my truck at the location I requested so I had to go 20 miles out of my way to pick up a smaller truck than what I ordered. The price was 6750 when I got there the price was $184 then they had the nerve to charge me 75 more dollars for the 20 miles they made me go out of my way. Do not use U-Haul if you can find a different moving company use it. These people do not stand by what they say. I was given a different location, a different truck and I'm now fighting for money that they owe me for overcharging me not to mention the $50 they say they're gonna give you if you do not receive your truck. The size you ordered or at the location that you ordered it mind you it's been over seven days and I have not received my $50 and every time I call the people on the one 800 number are very rude. Stay away from U-Haul.

YVETTE CThey need to figure out their GPS location directions. I plugged in their name and got directed to another location that did not have UHaul. It added 40 minutes to my day, and was a big inconvenience. When I got there she said "You have to put in the address, not the name."

Derek BRentd from AIS after having a major issue with another local location a few years ago. AIS is now going to be our go-to for renting uhaul when we need to, they were professional, great to work with and transparent, unlike another garage nearby. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Anthony PThe truck wreaked of an old man who hadn't bathed!! I drove w the windows opened and still could smell it. It's sad that they couldn't even use a deodorizer before rerenting the truck. Check in was extremely slow and they have too much going on to offer good customer service. I ordered a hand truck. When I got to my load address, it wasn't on the truck. Sure they deducted the money I payed for it , but no consideration for my movers having to move a freezer wo the hand truck. And when you call, they never answer the phone. I will never go here again. I don't recommend this place.
