SHANA PI dropped off a truck here on a day they were closed so I used the app. I did speak to the owner a few days prior and she should be conducting customer service seminars to other business owners. She is great. I would use this business again and would encourage anyone wanting great service to use them too.
MARK CI would not change a thing. Laura is a true professional and very friendly and helpful. The equipment is well- maintained and the in-person and online returns/pick-ups are painless. I would definitely recommend Alaska On & Off Road to anyone needing a U-Haul or vehicle repair/maintenance work.
Mark COnline pickup was a little tricky, the van wasn't parked where it said it was. But, it all worked out very well.

Nathaniel MTruck was nice and clean and mostly cleared of snow. It was a little frustrating to find out the bed of the truck was still full of snow when it was the bed that I needed and why I rented it. I had to drive it to my moving location while blowing snow all over people behind me to have the capability to remove all the snow.

Alicia MReserving the vehicle was easy online and checkin was very efficient. Delightful woman in charge. She drove the truck to my car so I didn't have to trudge through the snow and, when I returned she met me at my vehicle and checked the truck back in. Effortless!

Jim SLe service a été excellent. We were happy that we able to get a truck as fast as we did. It was impossible to obtain a truck rental elsewhere because there were no trucks available. We have used this location a few times now and have been very pleased. Excellent service à la clientèle.
Carolyn RCustomer service was poor, will never get a uhaul from the location ever again lady was rude on the phone when I needed an extra day, she called the supervisor and he was completely rude said i had to have the uhaul back by a time after i was being charged for an extra day already, he said he will drive by where i was gonna drop it off at and if it wasnt there he will call the police and make a report for stolen vehicle, didnt listen to what i had to say was rude and un concerate because i had a speed bump in my move, i may never use a uhaul ever again, i end up with an extra $300 bill charged, said i clocked 180 miles and which i didnt do 180 miles, maybe 80 or 90 milesi took pictures of the milage before i drop it off, so rude and humiliated that the cops be called on me for an xtra day

Aileen KThe lot was dangerous to walk on and I fell on the ground trying to get in the truck. The truck was filthy. The windshield wiper literally flew off when I tried to use them to drive back in the snow. When I tried to contact someone about the wiper, I couldn't reach anyone.

Kim Nthere was no tape for boxing up my stuff, just having moving supplies at a place where you can rent moving trucks would be so very convenient. Also the truck I drove was the roughest driving truck I ever rented from uhaul. I let the clerk know when I checked in the truck.

Tim MI was originally supposed to be in person to fill out paperwork. I unknowingly was switched to mobile pick up and was a very difficult process. The app kept refreshing my pages and error codes kept popping up. Had I known about this process I would've started the process much earlier in the day to be prepared. I sat for almost an hour having to fill out information and get verified.

Joshua BI would highly recommend that vehicles are started the day prior to pickup and defrosted of snow/ice. My U-Haul did not start initially and took an additional 30-40 mins for troubleshooting and defrosting.
