I dropped off a truck here on a day they were closed so I used the app. I did speak to the owner a few days prior and she should be conducting customer service seminars to other business owners. She is great. I would use this business again and would encourage anyone wanting great service to use them too.

I would not change a thing. Laura is a true professional and very friendly and helpful. The equipment is well- maintained and the in-person and online returns/pick-ups are painless. I would definitely recommend Alaska On & Off Road to anyone needing a U-Haul or vehicle repair/maintenance work.
Mark COnline pickup was a little tricky, the van wasn't parked where it said it was. But, it all worked out very well.

SARAH IInside the cab of the truck was dirty. Transmission seemed to be sticking. The people there are great. They go above and beyond to help you out. Always nice friendly and helpful.
