Date of return as agreed should be honored. I got calls that a client needs A truck a day earlier. I had to drop off vehicle at night. Too much hassle for accommodating request.

Senh LI regret I don't recall the man's name. I assume he owns the location from which I rented the van. He was a consummate professional and provided speedy, fair, and courteous service. When I need to rent another moving vehicle, it will be from this location, and I will certainly refer others to you. When the time comes, I will also use the smog service available here.

FRANCES HThe pick up and drop off process was complicated but we figured it out. Would have been easier with a real person rather than virtual. Difficult to take photos of all angles of the truck due to lack of space.

John PI have to say my experience was very disappointing. There was no one there to greet me at the location, so I had to do the self pick up. There were issues with the website and I was on the phone with customer service for over 45 minutes until I was finally able to access the truck. On top of that, there was no furniture dolly in the truck which I specifically paid extra for. I will not be recommending this location or U-Haul services in the future.

Domingo RLocation is small, but the customer service is superb. I hate that I didn't get the attendant's name, but he was sooo helpful and provided me one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I don't think he was a Uhaul employee, he worked for the shop and may have been a contractor. However, a great rep nonetheless. Give this man a raise!
Louis AI returned the car and no one were around . I have never received my final receipt. And I was charged more in mileage . I have been call U-HAUL to send me my final received nothing it have been 3 days now . No email neither a call to let me know what is happening.

I liked how everything was either emailed or texted including pics of Van being rented. It was super easy and fast checking n & out. Extremely friendly unlike other locations. Highly recommend
