THE 24/7 CHECK OUT IS CUMBERSOME AT BEST, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING IT, TOOK OVER ONE HOUR TO GET THRU APP AND LOCATION ERRORS. RESPONSIVENESS WAS POOR, COST TIME AND MONEY ON RENTAL. lOCAL STAFF WAS HELPFULL BUT UNAVAILABLE IN THE EARLY AM. cHAT WAS USELESS AND EMAIL VERIFICATION SYSTEM SUCKS. tHE VEHICLE WE RENTED PERFORMED AS EXPECTED, JUST DONT RELY ON 24/7 APP SERVICE TO BE RELIABLE NOR A PLUS TO RENTING.

LINCOLN COnce you do your first mobile pick up you will be doing this way of renting over and over again. It's so easy and comfortable
Andriy LThe truck was filthy- leftover French fries and sunflower seeds allover,The back was not swept out. There was a leak in the back we reported and they didn't do anything to help out, that was before we even left the lot. Get to our new destination and items are now soaking wet. Also wouldn't offer military discount for active duty and customer service- when I politely asked if they offered it, decided to be completely rude and hang up on me. I will never recommend this location or company for any moving whether across country or town
