Philip WAs i walked in there was a very rude gentleman sitting on a decapitated couch and the dog just inside the door bit my boot as to which the man said he's blind. I said we'll im glad my child didn't walk in first he said what do you need, I explained to him I had a reservation and the lady that I talked to would redo the reservation when I got here as they needed me to take the trailer to a different town then I was going , they were in need due to hurricane helene also that I was an affiliate of U-Haul and she would look into discount for that. He responded with the price is the price I told him to please look and see what we could do to help with discounts he said no it is and said the amount then said it's extra because I had to use their insurance I informed him that my insurance covers it and he got mad and we argued. Another younger gentleman came in and tried to assist on the computer the older gentleman told him not to change anything and just take a payment I needed it at the time and was told it was the only one around for 30 miles. So I rented it at ridiculous price I would not recommend this location to anyone I also think it needs to be looked into as I hate to leave bad reviews but this place was very nasty and could barely walk through to desk that you couldn't even see were that was through the trash.

JEFFERE RThe assigned pick up location didn't have the truck I rented. They had to send me to another location for pickup. When I got there, the c.s. rep thought the truck just came back and wasn't ready for me yet. It took a few minutes for her to figure out it was ready. I dropped the truck off at a different location. I used the UHaul app as suggested, to indicate I had dropped the truck off at the assigned location, and earlier time than expected, and it wasn't a smooth experience. Then I received a phone call from UHaul two days later asking if and where I had returned the truck.

SUSAN KA very pleasant experience with the family operated business. Seem to go out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and the fact that it 24 seven was very beneficial to us. Recommend Anyone in Jacksonville, North Carolina to check these folks out. The only complaint is with U-Haul not offering a military discount.
PHILLIP TCame with little to no gas, and it sounded like it was going to give out during my 9 hour drive from North Carolina to Ohio. Wouldn’t accelerate well at all.

MICHAEL FAll Around Fleet Services were incredibly accommodating. I had originally booked elsewhere and received a phone call 2 hours before I was to pick up a truck that they had to move my reservation to All Around Fleet because their truck needed repairs. When I arrived at All Around Fleet they had a truck ready out front. The equipment was clean and very well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone needing to use a truck, and I will certainly use them again if I have a need.

Also, the two men that helped me move our goods in Lutz, FL. We're efficient and took good care of goods. Overall a great experience.
