The truck was easy to drive and the staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. They would walk you through the process. It was very smooth transaction.

Herman PI did the trailer rental online, when I showed up it took just a few minutes and she completed the paperwork within minutes. Within no time he had me back up to the trailer that I had rented, explain to me about the trailer hooked up, then he went over it and within minutes I was gone. Very professional and they definitely understand the rental business. When I return the trailer they went over the trailer and with a matter of minutes I had my finished paperwork in my hands and out of there great people.

Ronald EI have a 2006 Honda ridgeline and was told by the attendant he wasn't able to rent a car hauler to me because my bumper pull rate was only 5000 lbs. when I called into the reservation line they were confused, why I was told that. I had went in twice to show the guy the bumper. I think it's personal. I do not want him to know I'm writing this review because we are business owners in the same town. I'm a woman and I think that's why he would not allow me to use it. I'm a farmer with cattle, I've pulled many, a trailer. Forsyth mo was the location I visited, both times

John SI had , at first, requested a 20' truck. There were no 20' available. So, we had to do move with a 26' ft truck. I thought it would be wat too small, but it wasn't! We couldn't even get all my stuff in there. We made it work. Thank you ya'll.
