steve mAll N 1 was wonderful. I did have a problem in that I ordered the trailer from the Cowpens site, even spoke to the 1866 number person on the 26th and was never told that the Cowpens was closed. I had to call from the Cowpens site and find another location to get a trailer. Thankfully, All N 1 had a trailer available.
Deborah HHave cranklift on your trailers so you don’t have to lift them by hand.
Donald BWe are not used to this system and felt uneasy dropping the keys in the box on our way to the airport without anyone to verify. . We had done everything U-Haul asked but we are used to human beings. We called again and Patricia reassured us she had checked us in. It was a great relief! She even had a cheerful, pleasant voice! Judy
JUDITH RI think helping a customer to secure property, such as a car, onto a rental trailer should be a part of the trailer rental price. I'm glad someone was on hand who knew what needed to be done. Accepting a cash payment would be helpful.

TODD CDo not schedule a pickup when they go to lunch. No one there when I arrived. Got no paperwork and had to check in via phone.
Bill HA little difficult to find as there was no sign on the building. Being new to the area I had to call to find the building. However, the owner called me back and lead me in to the location....i appreciated that. Very halpful and friendly!
