The staff at this rental location is excellent! They are courteous and provide great service. The whole process was very smooth and I would definitely recommend them!

ZEWDU FEquipment was clean but the truck needed maintenance. Truck wouldn't go into gear. Transition was clearly dying before rented out.

JAMES KLocation after hours drop off was a nightmare with no clear indication of were to park the truck in the very little available space with out blocking traffic. Additionally there was no clear visible posted drop off box to leave the keys. Delayed the drop off significantly and was charged an extra day because of it. Not happy at all!

ELENA SVery nice folks at the truck rental counter. The truck was well-used but to be expected for a rental. Clean enough drivers cabin, but drivers seat was not adjustable. Would have been a problem for the average woman. Truck ran fine with acceptable mileage. Very good experience and I will use this agency again.

Rosie CI got lost because my gps kept directing me to wrong places and I had extra mileage and extra gasoline, I am retired and a widow on a fixed income, I called 800 # for UHAUL AND asked if I could take the truck to another U-HAUL venue and told if did that I would have to pay more money I tried to ask that a little of the cost could be forgiven and was told flat out NO!! I had a bad experience. The lady at the office was very friendly, she just did her job, but I lost a lot of money that I couldn't afford. Very upsetting!!!

MIRA JGood Customer Service is rare today. This is a smaller storage facility but right next to a gas station which makes it very convenient. The lady who is at this location is so nice, friendly, and accommodating. This is now my go to U Haul location since I have moved.
Jennifer BThe online app needs improvement. I was finally able to complete the check-out process, then discovered my truck was in a locked yard. Went inside to speak with the woman in charge, who was very friendly and helpful. She also had great difficulty getting U-Haul's software to release the truck to me. I think she had to redo the contract with a different truck and cancel my original reservation. The check-in process is cumbersome, requiring me to take seven photos of the truck and its parking place late at night in darkness. I understand why this was desired but still cumbersome. Again, the personnel at this location were wonderful. Software not so much so.

Legalo SI booked a truck for 10:30. But He said the truck wasn't ready and told me to go somewhere else. He didn't say sorry, and he was insincere. The customer sitting behind me explained the route in detail. I had the worst experience ever. The owner was irresponsible, and disrespectful. I would never recommend this location.
