PATTI ZWe didn't really have any problems with anything probably because we called during business hours and Melanie at Alegra was great. Explained everything about how uhaul works being this was our 1st experience renting one. Owner was really nice when we dropped it off in Leesburg at his gun shop. Had a question about the text message that I had received when I was driving and didn't see it until I stopped at a rest area, uhaul employee was great and Explained that she would retext the original one since it had lapsed and I could take pics and verify that unit was all good. Everything was perfect!

Tim WThere was no help or advice on attaching the trailer. We were just told where it was and that was it. We were not show, just told. Having never attached one before, I was left to my own devices. I had no idea what I was doing but thankfully figured it out. I would have thought that this id dangerous and a liability.They were confused over what we ordered and what we were doing. They kept asking where we were moving to as in our home. We explained that we were not moving, just transporting furniture from one location to another ( from our home to our sons) but they kept asking what our new address was. They made the whole experience confusing and very difficult. To have to drive over 300 miles and not be sure if the connection was correct was very unnerving. We stopped frequently to make sure everything was still securely connected.
PAUL HI was returning a vehicle vi the app, so I did not interact with any personnel. Your survey does not allow for this, so I am forced to say they were not helpful. Now they're upset. I hope your survey-builder apologizes to them.
Monty SThe truck was clearly older and needed more intensive maintenance. I would Not have trusted it had I needed it for long distance driving. I am thankful however that we were able to get a truck after our original rental at a different location was unavailable.

DAVE RWas not any open spaces to back returned trailer into. I parked it on the side of the building on a asphalt area not blocking any doors or access to other equipment. Was told I needed to move it?

DAVID EYour self check in/out app is terrible. If corporate America wants the consumer to spend their money and expect the customer to do the work of the company your app needs a ton of work.

Joshua MThey put it as an in store pickup when they knew they're not open Saturday and they even told me it would be done thru the lockbox. The chat then took 15 minutes for no one to answer when the estimate was 1minute. Thankfully when I called the two ladies helped me out and made it possible. It took over an hour for this entire process. I'll be hell bent to rent from this place again, all I have heard is terrible things and they stuck to it.
David LTruck transmission sounded like it was sheering metal the entire time. Very loud and unpleasant trip because of the irritating sound.
Scott SYou are consistent...ever time I use UHAUL I have problems! It took 1:15 to get my truck! Your app claimed I wasn't at the right location. My daughter used her cell phone and go the same error location! I had same error location hen attempting to return the truck. No hand truck though requested! Almost impossible to find a customer service phone number! Tamara was very helpful! Unfortunately, I was on hold for 25 minutes before I reached her! Overall, you get a 1 on service on a scale of 1 to 10. I'm confident that I won't here from a manager about this experience nor will anything change. VERY CONSISTENT!
