Marc KStarting mileage was incorrect. My own fault for not double checking. Drove a total of 11 miles, but was recorded as driving 29 miles. Didn't mention it as it was too late. Gentleman working at the counter was friendly, laid back, and helpful. I would recommend again, just double check starting mileage.

MICHAEL MWhen I received a U-Haul I was told a price they charged me that price then after I returned the U-Haul they charged me even more. So I've been charged double after bringing the U-Haul back clean and with more fuel in it than what I left with.

MICHAEL KRick was super helpful getting us checked in. The truck and car trailer were all ready to go when we arrived. After instruction on how to operate our equipment we were off. The only thing I'd recommend is that the vehicles fuel tanks be topped off rather that asking me to try to add enough fuel to some specific place one the fuel gauge.

MARK WAllen's did great - good vehicle, good service. However, my reservation was originally at another Asheville location (Martinas family store) and that location did not do a good job. My reservation was for Sunday, so Martinas was close. They had let me a key in a lockbox but instead of the box truck I had reserved the key fit a van - not big enough for the amount of stuff we were moving. I called the U-Haul 800 number and was put on hold, then a very helpful person called the regional manager who got me a truck at Allen's. All in all, this cost me more than an hour but my thanks to the phone person and the manager who sorted out this problem.

STUART GGive the uhal to the renter at a full tank. We didn't rent it at a full tank but brought it back with more fuel that it came in. Would be nice to get a credit back for that but receiving it a a full tank would have been best.
Jason DI usually check my truck in using self service on the app, but the employee came outside the office to greet me, and insisted on checking the truck in herself. She made it fast and easy, and I really appreciated it. I told her I wasn't used to outstanding customer service like that!
DAVID SThe associate never moved from his desk to check the truck or mileage or gas level. Just wanted us to drop off the keys on his counter. We informed him of the mileage, equipment return and that we filled the gas to the level we found. I have pictures of the gauge at pickup and drop off. We were then charged for 4 gallons. We had no chance to complain since we had left the town. We will be reaching out to BBBand state attorney general to report fraud.
GOPINATH CThe truck reserved was not truck available so had to get a larger with increased cost, the truck was covered in mud splats including mirrors.
RICHARD BThe truck that I was rented had a shattered side mirror. Also, I received my receipt after I turned in the U-Haul and my receipt said $77 something but they charged me $82…

MICHAEL HRepresentative met us outside as soon as I pulled in he was very friendly, good attitude and it was easy enough to return the truck. This is your go to drop off spot for Asheville.

ANDREW CStaff at the center was friendly. There's no parking available at this location for my personal vehicle, resulting in having to scramble to find someone to drive me back to my pickup location after already checking out my truck. Given that my reservation was switched to this location, a heads up on this would have been appreciated.
