The AC did not work in the van we rented. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and did not have time to return it for another and just had to go with it. Fortunately, it was a short move so we survived. The rental amount was adjusted and the people there were great to work with and very helpful.
JANEAN Hi reserved the 10 footer: the check out process was informative and efficient; the check in was complete before i finished pumping the gas! on that, they told me exactly how many gallons to pump avoiding any upcharge. and they’re nice guys!
