I had used Allsafe Uhaul 3 1/2 yrs ago when I went to NV & they had been so good to me, so I knew I wanted to return my truck there so I could say hello again.

Nancy S | Expérience généraleWe rented a 10 ft lltruck for a long distance move. 1 750 miles one way. There was a seal around the drivers window that did not seal. The noise was indescribable. Two days traveling with the noise created a constant headache and ringing in my left ear, which I am still experiencing. I did record the sound on my phone as evidence. This was the worst move with your equipment.

Valery a | Expérience généraleBiggest complaint was we reserved a trailer for Grand Junction but were sent to Delta instead (45 miles each way the wrong direction) There was nothing wrong with Allsafe Storage. The problem was the lack of availability where we needed to pick up the trailer. Made a long day if travel an extra 2 hours longer.
LISA GMy truck felt like it was fresh off the showroom floor. The customer service was impeccable. Moving is stressful, but my experience with Uhaul made it a manageable and pleasant experience.

They chew a lot of my stored building materials and rendered them useless without disinfecting . They over charged me for 3 months after the removal of a stored Rv from their RV storage AREA. Other people are also complaining about the mouse problem . Even heard a story about almost complete loss of a unit of thing due to rodents . Don't not rent and please stand up for your self if they are treating you this way. My contents were mostly metal and furniture and construction stuff . Zero food or related items . I have an email of them telling me is my problem. Good luck folks

craig mRented me a truck and trailer without working taillights knowingly. Asked me to take it by the shop to get it fixed for them. Only wanted to compensate an extra day and didn't even do that. Horrible custody service. Would never recommend anyone to this place.
Garrett MAlthough it was Sunday the manager showed up and helped us check in. The U-Haul app did not work. This needs to be worked on. Also the check engine light is on because of a new aftermarket catalytic converter. Apparently it can't be turned off but it's unnerving.

Joe MIt was a bit hidden, but good location. Gal at the desk was very very nice and helpful. She did all she could to help load that trailer and my car to the back of a U Haul truck, but wasn't afraid to ask for help when she needed it, and she knew who to call. Was very friendly and helpful. Worked hard until challenges were overcome

Charles AWasn't sure how to adjust the side mirrors. Van was surprisingly easy to drive and felt fairly powerful. I never felt sluggish or strained while driving it. Folks at this location were very nice.

The appearance of the place looks like a place where a bunch of trash live, unkept trailers and junk everywhere. It is a TOTAL DISGRACE to the U Haul company. The health department would close the place down if it were checked.
