Called a week ago about an issue with the truck. They said the location would reach back out to me for a refund and never heard back.

I made my reservation for a particular location several weeks in advance. Then, 48 hours before I was to pick up, I was notified that my pick up location was changed. I complained, but agreed because I thought I knew the new location, which wasn't as convenient, but worked. Then I went to pick up the truck, only to realize that it was across town. The self pickup that was forced upon me (pickup location was closed that day) was confusing and resulted in my being charged twice for the rental. The hand truck that I was charged for was not in the truck. The app didn't work half the time. I have called uhaul to dispute the second charge and cannot talk to a real person, so I'm disputing it through my credit card company, as well as the charge for the hand truck.

I emailed the location at 700002_GM@uhaul.com after they charged me $25 for the cleaning fee. I swept the truck out and folder the blankets like the sign said inside the u-haul. I tried calling them but they don't pick up their phone. I will fight the charge with my credit card since I took pictures and it was clearly cleaned. Poor customer service and would not recommend this location since they are clearly overcharging people.

Both locations were NOT UHaul store . I was required to pickup and drop off online .! It was horrible!!!

The truck leaked and got a bunch of our stuff wet. Would love some kind of compensation but the Beaverton location didn't even offer anything.

Both 20' trucks had check engine light on, I had to go another location to get my truck. Also, the first truck I was given had 158K miles on it. That seemed a bit much for one way trip to Wyoming. I talked to a guy at a another uhaul location and he said they would not send a truck with that high mileage on one way trip.

I had difficulty with using the 24/7 Share application for the pickup. had to speak with a customer service rep to get it to work for me.

I did have access to the key code to get the keys through the phone app. That was a real pain because I had to wait approximately 20 minutes because one customer service agent couldn't help me so I had to wait for a specific agent for the key code. The time might have been longer. That cause a delay in me packing that night. The phone app also did not load well on verifying location and photos and I had great service in both areas. So when I sent the pictures at the end it did not seem like it loaded and said complete. I did not want to wait again for 10-15 minutes for customer service again just to ask a simple question. I did appreciate phone calls prior to my pickup date and end date to see if I had questions about the location. I think the app could work awesome if the above comments went smoother.

Fix the online checkout procedure. Get all of the information before the customer gets to the truck. This was a total hassle.

The young woman working there was very nice and made the drop off experience very pleasant. It's a very small location out of the way. Not a typical UHaul.

The truck had not been cleaned when I picked it up. The windshield was covered in crap. The inside was clean. I had the unit reserved from another location which did not have one available, so I drove to the next location (again reserved from the first) and there was nobody there, and the door was locked, a sign on the door that said call this number, which went straight to voicemail several times. After waiting 15 minutes someone finally came to the door and the transaction proceeded normally.

The pick up process was great, the staff was very helpful. The issue was that the truck had it's gas tank punctured and I had to get a replacement.

Drop off went smoothly aside from the website not being able to find my location once again. Uhaul needs to revamp this system to make it more user friendly or at least provide a way for users having issues to correct the problem. The "location sharing" was not the issue. It was once again very frustrating.
