Dingy location. Truck still had junk in the back when we came to pick up. Gas tank was empty.

We reserved a 15' truck and trailer online. We went to pickup the truck/trailer at reserved time and there was no one there that handled the reservations so we had to wait 50 minutes for them to arrive, The truck had just barely enough gas to get to a station. The trailer had wood and broken glass debris that I had to remove before being able to use it. I have used U-HAL equipment in the past and had no issues so this was extremely disappointing!!!

Once again, the drop off we were scheduled for did'nt even take trucks (Tristar Rentals on Nashville rd). Uhaul please get your dealers updated! The default place on Cokey worked but not ideal as a representation of Uhaul. Omar was nice about everything.

I had reserved a utility dolly, 2 furniture dolly's and blankets for my u-haul and none was available when I arrived. It would have been nice to have known that before I arrived. I had booked from out of town and time was important. Then the wrong address was put down on the contract.

Drop off location did not at all accurately document the drop off date and time costing the customer a late drop off fee! A complete failure of the employee!

The owner was so kind and accommodating! The location is horrible! Drug addicts and drug transactions happen within the parking lot! It was very unsafe.

Shut down 805 Cokey Rd. ROCKY Mt, NC The manager is sleeping in the building. He wasn't open on time till other workers arrived banging on the door. He told me since the gas tank is on empty, I would be reimbursed. I wasn't. The truck was dirty. In order for me to not pay $25 I had to clean it. This place needs to be investigated, because he's probably done this several times.

Neighborhood felt unsafe. Pick up time was 9am but employee did not arrive at work til 9:45.

I did not receive me 100 dollars back that you all took for a deposit and it has been only got a refund for 27 dollars and the uhaul was 48 dollars so I’m not understanding where is my money
