The people at the pickup and drop off location were awesome! They were friendly and helpful and a pleasure to do business with!! No improvement needed!!

The U-Haul need to be clean before relief to anyone. I had to clean it out before using it. Very dirty on the inside. My only complaint.

The staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to help me and make sure I got everything I needed. I will go back to this location anytime I need to rent a U-HAUL. I will also tell my friends and family about this U-HAUL location. They also have very nice furniture if you're interested in buying.

Improve tracking of equipment. Also your app is not in my opinion user friendly.

Easy drop off. No mistakes in charges.

The initial location was closed, and we had to rent the equipment from another location, which was handled in an excellent fashion by customer service. But if a location is not open on the date the equipment is needed, one shouldn't be able to reserve it there. It should be made unavailable on the site.

Trailor pulled really good had some high winds on I-40 did not seem to blow the trailer around

The location personnel were awesome. They simply couldn't have been more helpful. The trailer was not clean, but a big storm was approaching, so perhaps they didn't notice. I certainly didn't. I just wanted to get the transaction finished and get started home before the storm hit.
