Great overall experience

Small shop tiny the address took me to the wrong location at first. It looks a bit sketchy to be honest but the people there were helpful and I was able to get into a clean truck and I was able to finish my move without any issues with the truck.

I made reservations to pick up the U-Haul at 8am from this location. I arrive to the location at 7:45am of course I know I was 15 mins early and waited til 8am and walked to the door and nobody was in the office so I walked back to my vehicle and waited. It was 8:30 nobody still showed up so I called the 1800 to see if they could help and was put on hold to see if the could reach the location and was told no one could be reached. I was offered different locations but they where to far for me. It was a little after 10 am til I was dispatched a U-Haul. I was so upset do the nobody being at this location where I made my reservation. This place needs to get it together. I will say the gentleman that finally helped dispatch me a U-Haul finally made sure I left with a U-Haul he went above and beyond for me. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!

The person informed me that I could return the trailer anywhere. I informed them that I wanted a one way rental but when I returned the trailer I was charged again for the trailer. The first reservation was at Tri M Storage. I was to pick up trailer at 9am. When I arrived the sign on the door said open but the door was locked. I called their phone four times and left two messages but got no replies. After waiting 45 minutes I had no choice but to leave and rent a trailer from a different rental store.
