Blew a trailer tire on the hwy. But this locations management made it right.

Matthew RSuper easy process picking up with the rep and fairly easy self turn-in process. However, there was an ashtray FULL of cigarettes and a mystery white goo on the floor of the vehicle. I do have photos if requested.

ELIZABETH LThe cab had ants in it and both the cab and truck were leaking water ~ I was wet continually during my 7 hour drive to SC from NC and my bed mattress was wet despite putting it on a mattress bag.

Deondree TOutstanding support. The gentleman at the facility made everything very easy, answered all questions, and was responsive when I called. The facility is also easy get in and out of, when others are a little cramped. Highly recommended for service and facility!

Mark JI wish there was something in the UHAUL for people to put their phones on for GPS. It seems silly everyone has to bring their own. There were sticky marks from where other people had attached them previously.

samuel hRent better equipment. The air conditioner didn't work, the wiper blade was torn on passenger side, steering was sloppy. If I had gotten too close to a junkyard it would probably have wanted to stay there.
