The lady that ran this place was very rude and told me she is offering me one chance of sweeping out the truck and handed me a push broom, while making very condescending comments to me in front of her customers, which was. A bait store. I swept the truck out so I wasn't charged any more money and I could go home to continue unpacking. I was surprised by this and will need a good reason to use Uhaul again.
Keith LCouldn't get a motorcycle trailer near me but the place I called found me one at a different location. That was appreciated. The folks at the location he referred me to were awesome as well. The whole experience was easy and pleasant.

RONALD RAfter I rented a trailer for 6 days I returned it early and backed it into its appropriate spot. The woman at anchor hardware was very appreciative and helpful. However, after I was done I was going to buy my son a soda in the store. The woman that helped me was busy so another woman a little older kind of snapped at us that she was open. I figured I just didn't hear her the first time she said something so maybe that was why she came off rude. I let that go, and my son put the soda down and I took out my debit card. She raised her voice to tell me "I'm not running a card for one soda, buy something else" that was extremely rude. So I just told my son to put the soda back and we would go somewhere else. As I was leaving I stepped back inside and politely told her that she was being extremely rude and that I had just spent $130 renting a trailer from them. She yelled at me in front of my 12 year old son that I "Paid the damn U-Haul people $130, it's $.50 to run that damn card, you should have some fucking cash in your wallet" In front of my 12 year old son. I said wow, that she was ridiculous and that I was supporting a local business. Then I told them to have a great day and I will tell everyone I know never to come there. And she told me to leave. Then I left and and I will be spreading the word.

RICHARD CI picked up the trailer from Anchor Hardware in Oak Hill Florida. The lights were not working when I hooked it up to my truck. I let Anchor Hardware know the lights aren't working, which they fix the problem. I proceeded to take trailer to my home to load it with the merchandise and noticed there's a big chunk of the tire missing, I took. the trailer back to U-Haul on 700 international speedway and tell The. representative by the name of Lori the problem. She Gave. me a hard time very rude and tells me I must call roadside assistance Mind you I. am in the parking lot U-Haul on international Speedway after dealing with her rudeness and being nasty to me for several minutes, I walked away and dealt with an another young lady. , I take the trailer back to U-Haul on 700 international speedway and tell our representative by the name of Lori the problem. She gave. me a hard time very rude and tells me I must call roadside assistance mind you I am in the parking lot at u-Haul. Instead of her being so rude to me and nasty. All she had to do was help me with the process and having roadside assistance come to the location and repair the tire, but she chose not to. She chose to argue with me so I walked away from her and dealt with another young lady. That was there. I don't know her name. She was very helpful. She walked me everything the problem was fixed and I was on my way
GLENN BThe original drop location was too far from my location when trying to change locations it was a very long process had to call have long wait time then transferred had long wait time then was told to leave a voice message which was very frustrating because I was trying to get the trailer dropped, finally got someone to help with the drop.

AUGUSTUS RI had a bad experience with U-Haul. They charged me extra for fuel and mileage and overcharged me for fuel, claiming I didn't fill the tank to the required level, even though I was told to fill it to a quarter. I believe it's unfair that they charge high prices for fuel and expect it to be filled to an exact level, which is difficult to achieve. It feels like a scam targeting consumers. I wouldn't be surprised if a class action lawsuit is filed against them. Purely predatory.
joseph mStaff was about to go home, but took care of me anyway so I didnt have to figure out how to do the drop off on my own, that was very helpful.
estefania gNothing. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to in asking questions before the rental, and at the beginning and end of the rental could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Just nice human beings helping their customers.

Matthew CFirst I checked for 3 weeks before pickup at location. They could not verify until week of pickup. I heard others who had to drive 30 minutes away because truck was not at site requested. Also what we asked for the dealer did not have. Very disturbing.
Linda VI have rented at this location 5 times in the last several months and have alway had a pleasant experience. Today however on returning the trailer the lady checking me in was extremely rude and totally in professional. I believe she may have been the owner or manager. I will never go back to that location because I don't deserve to be treated like that by anyone.

Cheryl CEquipment reeked of tobacco and mildew odors. The truck drove like it had been in a wreck and was poorly repaired. The engine valve train was noisy.

Carolyn LSame thing this guy turned the truck in that I was supposed to be in and the guy in Florida just charge for the wrong location drop off without checking truck numbers and investigating what happened he just charge me $416 which I was already refunded by the U-Haul one 800 lady

Lance BOnly issue I had was they made the counter longer so now I have to walk 10 more feet to get to uhaul area … as many times as i rent and at my age … i am in my heart attack years … i feel this could be dangerous…. Also I am a bit lazy .
