Sherman at Andy's repairs made my experience excellent. I was checked in and pulling away very quickly. The equipment was very well maintained and had no issues whatsoever. All lights were function checked and the tire pressures and hitch systems were checked thoroughly before I pulled away also. If I had to recommend a U-Haul location to anybody in the immediate area I would hands down say Andy's repairs before anybody else.
DEVIN CI had to drive over an hour to get a trailer for an extended period of time eventually after finding one for 10days Booked a trailer online . Got to 1st store in Dale Tx I was asked for 2 extra contact numbers . What I'm going to steal some old U-Haul trailer after I give you my credit card and Drivers license . Really2nd location. Stopped at a local U-Haul in Austin. and people just told me to call U-Haul to find a trailer . They could not or would not look for me . After I was told they had a trailer on the phone before I got there . 3rd location. In Canyon LakeFloor on inside of trailer had would leave a grey mark on anything that touched the floor . It was not clean. Contents got stained from the aluminum floor. Trailer was 23 years old. But I got charged regular rate. How does that make sense . Charged new rates for old equipment. All 3 locations complained to me that the U-Haul Computer system sucks. And from what I experienced . I'd agree. At the 3 rd location we have to call U-Haul to fix the contract. As the trailer serial numbers were missing matched . They were useless . I gave above average for the 3rd location as the customer rep onsite was super friendly and polite . Everything else on this comedy of getting a trailer sucked .

Michael MRude. I ordered 5 medium boxes online through you website and the would not break a bundle and said the only way they would sell them is I would haft to buy the entire bundle which I think was 20. I canceled the box order and just left. Not a good way to treat your customer
