I honestly can't think of anything, oh maybe , just maybe ask if they could get a Timmies built right next door would be superb really because the atmosphere is perfect and the staff are extremely friendly and professional that I keep coming back and using their services. I never have any issues with this location ever.

DONNA NI Have used this service before & I am disappointed with the cost of the truck I rented.. Historically I had rented a larger van for my trade shows but was advised that the large cube van would be a similar cost I was advised that the costs were to be approx $410 not double the cost.. I will need to understand how this was calculated as I did not budget this additional expense I am currently in Ottawa and will not be back in Chatham till March 10 Regards robin

JASON HI've rented different sized trailers and even a truck once. All the equipment has been clean and ready to go. The staff is great and make sure it's hooked up before you leave. Thank you once again and I recommend using Anne's Auto if you need a UHaul.

BRENDA RThe franchise office staff were helpful and pleasant. The only complaint I have is that I required an appliance dolly and was told that although they didn't have one in stock, one would be brought in for my moving day. It didn't happen. The staff loaned me a standard cart at no charge so I guess it sort of compensated. I would have liked to receive a call in advance so I could have tracked down a cart from somewhere else.
LEONARD WI made an appointment at a more convenient location. U-Haul called the night before and changed the location. I did not like that. However the new location provided good service. I would prefer to have picked up the trailer where U-Haul agreed for me to pick it up.

She was super compassionate to our needs and also personally assisted in our rental. This lady is an example of what customer service is and shines as a leader in her field. Bernard OThe first piece of equipment they gave me was all banged up and dented and the tires were no good had to call not even 2 mins after leaving to call and bring back because the tires on it were no good , the costumer service was poor she asked if wanted the rent insurance coverage for 10$ I said no and then she still went and put it on and charged me for it . Also couldn't do math my total was 73,39 and I gave her a 100$ bill and 3,4 and she tried to only give me 27$ back when change due was 30$ , will not go back to that location for a rental .

JEFFREY TOverall experience is excellent, with that said, to me personally, it's better to have all vehicles filled up to the top full. So much easier at the pumps to just fill it than guessing while you're driving to approximately how much further you can go without having to go back to the gas station for a second or third time. That is the only thing I would have to say should be changed.

STEPHEN CThe vehicle is advertised at $19,95 per day. I rented the pickup for less than 3 hours and with all of the upcharges, it cost me almost $100.00. I find this unfair and overpriced based on the lure of $19,95 for a full day. In the future I will offer someone private a much lower sum for the same work. I was, however, treated with respect at the location where I rented the pickup. The location itself is in disrepair and not indicative of a professional place.
GEORGE CLocation area is good but the yard is smaller then some others. The guys were good to work with and friendly, I was on the road quickly.
TIOTHY AI wish I realized sooner that the inside of the U-Haul absolutely reaked of cat urine. It made my couch and mattress smell like cat urine and I can not stand that smell. I will never ever use that the Merritt location again.

anthony eNot make the customer pay for the cost to pickup and drop off delivery pay for milage just to get and return is a ripoff you do false advertising bec19,95 a day becomes 130 dollar just to move across the road cost more to pickup abd delivery then the rest of the use of vehicle
