Keys were not available when we openned designated box, no other keys where available for customer care to help, we waited 3 hrs until they were openned and he didn't know how to do a refund or submit an app. Truck was not in good status and he requested for truck to be changed and still had issues. We've never had a problem with uhaul but this was the worst experience.
Edith FForcing the app for off-hour return is frustrating. It was clunky and slow. The location was dark and I'm uncertain if the photo quality I was able to achieve will serve the purpose. 2 out of 10 stars for return. Location - I believe we were working with an inexperienced person. It took 40 minutes to pick up the truck when I expected 20 at the very most. Mileage rate jumped 0,2 cents literally overnight. Truck was clean and worked well. Served the purpose we needed. Underwhelmed by all other experiences.
