MARCUS THad trouble finding where to drop keys when I called the number someone answered but never talked to me and I couldn't get my return photos done as the app just stopped working again I'm having trouble with the U-Haul app and company. So all I can say is to please get the app fixed to make it easier for us as customers to navigate through the app and never have issues like I did it cost me so much time and now money
GARY AThe business street address offers no clue as to the UHaul site; the drop box is in the alley. Hardly a safe location for some people or at some times. The only clear evidence of the site is the parking lot which is over 100 ft from the business front. I arrived only 45 min after closing of the business and neither the phone number provided or the one on the business sign was answered even after 20 rings and there was no recording. All in all, a very dismal performance. The location downtown was easy to find. For the next customer...find a different host, one that is more responsible.

William RI need to talk to someone about my experience and file and insurance claim because the dolly that was provided was too small and caused damage to my vehicle. According to the system it was not a good fit, but the representative stated that it should be fine and allowed me to use it. Not only did it damage my vehicle it damaged the dolly as well, in which I reported and was due to misinformation and failure to provide accurate equipment.

Kim MThe drop off we first had that we were told we could do a late drop off after hours was NOT open. We drove 40 miles there only for it to be gated up. And we had to call and wait 45 minutes to find a new place. Luckily it was easy access and nice. Just frustrating overall being told something from employees vs not followed through. We will be avoiding uhaul for a while.

Julio GThe experience was great. The only draw back I had was I drove 45 miles to pickup the equipment then when finished I had take it back the same location. They would not let me take it to my local u-haul dealer. 90 miles round trip could have been avoided.
michael pThis location is very easy to work with and they called me to let me know the car dolly trailer was available earlier. The wheels on the trailer were dented (might be good idea to replace them), but it worked just fine. I will use Apricot Homes location again in the future. I am very happy with them.
Larry HTrailer was rusty, quite dirty and straps were quite frayed upon close inspection. I had to lube ratchet mechanisms to be able to even use then. Staff were first rate and professional. U-haul site was easy to find/access.
Jl SWheels on both side of trailer were damaged and caused the trailer to not ride correctly as the wheels are out of balance.
Jeff QThe truck was 45 min from my original pickup location. The truck was on empty when i picked it up, I almost didn't think i was going to make it to the gas station. I had a hard time knowing how much gas to put in, the truck should have been full so i could just fill it at end of use! The trucks front end shook on the interstate. The steering wheel was very loose. The breaks were also in not great condition. The insurance i selected when I ordered online wasn't an option when I picked up the truck. Very disappointing overall with UHAUL
Alana TYou need to be inform all of your locations that Toyota Hybrid Cars Can NOT use a car dolly. They have to have all wheels off the ground, because of the way the battery charges.

Derik MI had to wait weeks for a truck to become available. I guess the market is very tight in Twin Falls Idaho. Never had to wait more than a few days before. Love U-Haul...thanks!

Carl EApricot Homes is an excellent location for U-Haul in regard to our drop-off experience. Extremely great customer service and the business owner took great interest in our complaints about the dangerous truck we had been driving. The steering was horrific so much that my husband was rattled for a week after. There was no oil in it when we picked it up, so had to buy/add oil during our trip. We are shocked it made it from WA to ID without breaking. I appreciate Apricot Homes for taking note of all the issues so this truck could be sent for inspection as it hadn't been done in WELL over a year.
