The location was slow, and the representative was not necessarily helpful during the check-in process. Additionally, I opted mobile check in and still had to go in and walk-through the process as if I were booking the vehicle again. I have been using U-Haul for seven years and I've never spent 20 minutes picking up a truck.

ROBERT RMy gas meter had less than the amount on the sheet. I was told to bring it back with the same amount it started with. I took a picture to make sure the dealer was aware of the difference and returned it with the amount I started with. I let the person checking me out know of the difference and showed them the picture at turn in. Where the seller decided to dispute it and say I needed to fill it to the sheet rather than the amount on the gauge. The seller later called me saying he didn't understand why it wasn't returned with the amount on the sheet regardless of the picture. And that he would put a note on my file regarding not returning ir with the same amount of gas. If that is a policy that is enforced, than why is something like returning a truck with 5/8ths a tank even a thing. The trucks should start at full so the buyers can fill it back to full without mathing out the cost of getting a gas tank of a U-Haul truck from 1/4 to 5/8ths gas gauge. Ridiculous.
Daniel CI did not like the statement made to me when I asked where is the part to move the seat forward? The gentleman said, ' Between your legs'. I could not believe what I was hearing and as a result, I repeated the words and looked at him and he said, 'Yes, between your legs.' My response was umm. That statement was very disrespectful, insulting, embarrassing and humiliating. To me, it could be considered, a verbal sexual harassment statement. You should never take the liberty to make such a statement. We should be careful what we say to people at all times. Thanks.,
