Becky PI didn't care for the old guys behind the counter at AZ Outlaws. I wish i could have just used the mobile app. I left there in tears two weeks prior for the way they treated me and didn't rent the truck afterall. This time, I had to get that truck. They didn't know what they were doing. I guess as a female, alone, renting a 26' truck, I felt belittled by them. They were snickering and condescending. Next time I need a truck, I'm going to the UHaul in Anthem.
