Other than the confusion with the price of the truck and the need for an app just to turn it in. Was pretty good. Seriously, needing an app for a 1 time thing is the dumbest thing. Should rate zero stars just for that

Dropped off truck on Sunday. 2 days early. Apparently never checked in. Still getting messages from Uhaul to drop off because "customers are waiting" for.my truck.

The person at this location was very accommodating in lieu of the errors and poor communication at the out of state pick up site.

The truck was not at the location that the U-Haul app said it would be. I noticed the new location the morning that I went to pick it up. The truck had an active check engine light. I had to drive 2,5 miles to exchange the truck. It seems that the company would have brought me the exchange truck. This put me behind a couple of hours and had to drive at night to keep my schedule. (2:30 a.m. next day) The replacement truck worked great and the people at the second location were very helpful and acted with a sense of urgency.

Self check out better service on calls. Waited over 1 hour to get the trailer checked out due to miscommunication from agent and dashboard.

This was not the location I originally chose. All of my reservation was to be a one place in Millard (Omaha, NE). Instead it was broken into two inconvenient places and the 3 TV boxes stayed at the original place. The car transport was move to N Omaha, across the street from the College World Series when is the most difficult to get around in a car, much less a 26 ft truck, in pedestrian crowded one-way streets. The truck had a lot of body damage. The outside dual rears were below the safe level for hot weather cross country driving plus towing. I give the lady behind the counter credit for doing the best she could to sort things out and help me get underway.

I rented 2 units for 3 yrs and I was so worried that mice could have made homes in my items and after moving everything and getting settled there were NO traces of mice dropping. That was amazing to me. Thanks for a very clean place.
