Kimberly is amazing and so easy to work with!! She is kind, courteous and goes above and beyond! I HIGHLY recommend her and will not use anyone else but her in the future!!

I had to drive an hour to pickup my trailer after booking one 5 minutes from my house adding 2 hours drive time to my already long day. The lack of customer care is unreal
DAVID HI dropped off the truck & trailer at midnight. I never saw anyone or anything. The woman on the phone was nice.

TIMOTHY SAccess to the location is not great. The agent was friendly. UHAUL website was down when I returned the equipment. I did not know what to expect. The agent comforted me that everything would be done as soon as the website comes back online. Received the copy of the receipt in a few mins.

Gerald HService rapide et convivial. Both pickup and return were smooth and took very little time. They have a good variety of trucks and trailers available, and everything looked clean and well-maintained. About the only "issue" is their entrance is a few hundred feet before their facility and could use some better signage and it's easy to accidently pass the first time if you've never been there before. Will happily return in the future when I need another rental!

DOUGLAS TThe only reason I chose to rent is because they offered a truck needed at a location roughly 10 miles. The reason I had to go to Asas was due to a failed reservation at the Pevely location named Harold's Auto Body. I showed up at Harold's and the agent was a no show. I waited roughly and hour. This caused me a major inconvenience and setback for my move.

They also helped with great detail to assist me with loading my car and ensuring I had the correct trailer. I'm grateful for the extensive assistance they provided. And I have and continue to recommend this location. My rental was Aug 2023 to Sedona, AZ (aka Rimrock), but I just found this in email and wanted to get it submitted! Merci.
