PAUL MBeen there multiple times before as a customer if there mechanic shop for years. Always got great service. Junior did not disappoint in the U-Haul aspect of service either.

DOLYNA EThe driver informed me that his experience was pleasant, except that the truck was given to him with only 3/4 of a tank full of gas. It wasn't a big problem, but it did surprise him.

MARIJIDO PI did my reservation online and chose no insurance which was a $15 charge when I rented the vehicle in person the guy said OK you declined the insurance and he was just going over everything but then later which I never got any paperwork from him he just gave me the keys and that was it when I return the vehicle and saw the email and check that there was the insurance that was put on there I called in to dispute that So it’s being investigated at this time for this reason I would not recommend this place
FEDERICO GGreat customer service, no wait time to get our U-Haul, the vehicle was clean, had a full tank of gas and was ready to go. No issue at all! Will be coming here again.

And it's a very clean garage and mechanic shop that I might possibly return to for business if I am ever in the need of car repairs or oil changes.
Karlie MMoving day is hectic and stressful as is and not being able to rent the Uhaul truck as planned was an added inconvenience to the situation. Extremely frustrating.

Dennis BHorrible experience. Customer service was horrible, they made a mistake and still charged me when they said they wouldn’t.
Kendra CCalled and stated would be returning the later due to having finish unloading the truck myself after my girlfriend back was hurting. Returned the truck at 4:45 pm. I handed over the keys after parking the vehicle. Then I get a charge for 57 dollars and another charge for 30$ for not paying the charge of 57 dollars in 7 days, which I didnt know I had until an email couple days later. Would have been nice to know when I dropped the truck off I would have another charge and then to be charged 14 dollars and Im not even driving the van for coverage is ridiculous. It will make me think twice using uhaul again
